Grand Opening

GRAND OPENING – Launch of 50 kW Chargers in Sechelt
Sunday, February 28 , 11:00 am onwards
Celebrate the Grand Opening of two 50 kw DC Fast Chargers at the Trail Bay Mall in Sechelt (north west corner)
A 20 minute charge will give most vehicles 100+ km of range!
To celebrate this great addition to our community and to show our appreciation to both Trail Bay Development and BC Hydro, we are suggesting that EV owners drop by and take a selfie while, briefly, charging . . . then send your pictures to us for posting!

Representatives of Trail Bay Mall, local government reps, Dennis from Olson Electric and John Henderson of SCEVA will officiate at the Grand Opening. Given COVID restrictions, we cannot host a big event but will record it so all can watch it at your leisure!
Given the realities of COVID, please wait your turn if the charger is in use, staying in your car until the charger is free. Always maintain COVID-19 best practices (masks at all times outside of your car, etc.) While we can’t host an event or support mingling with other EV owners, we hope you’ll have fun!
